{"id":228,"date":"2020-03-31T10:24:00","date_gmt":"2020-03-31T08:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/admin.atbusiness.cat\/?p=228"},"modified":"2023-10-10T12:06:36","modified_gmt":"2023-10-10T10:06:36","slug":"coronavirus-hisenda-no-perdona","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/admin.atbusiness.cat\/ca\/coronavirus-hisenda-no-perdona\/","title":{"rendered":"Coronavirus: hisenda no perdona"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dem\u00e0 dia 1 d\u2019abril comen\u00e7a el per\u00edode de presentaci\u00f3 dels impostos estatals corresponents al primer trimestre del 2020 per a totes les pimes i aut\u00f2noms, per\u00edode que durar\u00e0 fins el dia 20 del mateix mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Degut al confinament total que va decretar el govern espanyol el passat 29 de mar\u00e7, moltes empreses que no realitzen una activitat essencial han hagut d\u2019interrompre la seva activitat. Aix\u00f2 repercuteix tamb\u00e9 al seu departament de gesti\u00f3 administrativa o comptable, la qual cosa, excepte que tinguin la gesti\u00f3 digitalitzada del seu negoci amb eines com <a href=\"https:\/\/app.holded.com\/signup?lang=es&amp;r=5b49e0252e1d935f202d2211\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">holded<\/a>, pot suposar un greu inconvenient a l\u2019hora de recopilar i processar tota la informaci\u00f3 per poder presentar els impostos del trimestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les patronals, cambres de comer\u00e7 i altres col\u00b7lectius empresarials demanen reiteradament una morat\u00f2ria dels terminis de presentaci\u00f3 dels impostos trimestrals estatals mentre duri la situaci\u00f3 d\u2019estat d\u2019alarma o, almenys, una ampliaci\u00f3 del termini de presentaci\u00f3. La Generalitat de Catalunya, per exemple, ja ha anunciat una morat\u00f2ria en els terminis d\u2019autoliquidaci\u00f3 i pagament de tots els tributs propis i cedits fins que finalitzi aquest estat d\u2019alarma. En canvi, de moment, Hisenda no perdona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hisenda no perdona\u2026 per\u00f2 tampoc li interessa ofegar als seus contribuents. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que l\u2019Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria Espanyola ha concedit a les pimes i aut\u00f2noms la possibilitat d\u2019ajornar tots els impostos, fins un m\u00e0xim de 30.000\u20ac en el seu conjunt, sense garanties.
